Loaded with savory ground beef and pork, smoky bacon, melty cheddar cheese, and rich BBQ sauce, this easy-to-make meatloaf delivers all the flavors of your favorite bacon cheeseburger in every juicy slice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 lb ground pork

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for serving)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon

  • 1 egg

 

  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    • Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  • Mix Meatloaf:

    • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, egg, salt, and pepper.

    • Mix until fully combined but do not overwork the meat.

  • Shape and Bake:

    • Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on the prepared baking dish.

    • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

 

  • Serve:

    • Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing.

    • Serve with extra BBQ sauce drizzled on top if desired.

Notes

  • For extra BBQ flavor, brush additional BBQ sauce over the top during the last 10 minutes of baking.

  • Swap cheddar for pepper jack if you like a little spicy kick.
