These Crockpot Steak Bites are tender, juicy, and packed with savory flavor. An easy slow cooker recipe that’s perfect for busy weeknights or entertaining, served over mashed potatoes, rice, or as a delicious appetizer.
Ingredients

2 lbs (900g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup beef broth

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions

Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and onion powder.

Add steak to the crockpot.

In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic.

Pour the sauce over the steak bites. Stir to combine.

Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until steak is tender.

Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley or green onions if desired.
