Description

This Pork Chop Supreme is an old-school favorite made easy! Featuring juicy pork chops, tender sliced potatoes, creamy mushroom sauce, and savory onion soup mix, this one-pan wonder is comfort food at its finest – perfect for a no-fuss, family-friendly dinner.


Ingredients

4 boneless pork chops

4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup milk

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Layer the sliced potatoes evenly on the bottom of the dish.

  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then lay them over the potatoes.

  • In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and onion soup mix until well combined.

  • Pour the mixture evenly over the pork chops and potatoes.

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the pork chops are tender and the potatoes are cooked through.

  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to lightly brown the top (optional).

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Add a sprinkle of cheese during the last 10 minutes of baking for extra indulgence.
