Ingredients
For the Brownie Base:

1 box fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs
For the Nougat Layer:

1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow crème

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk
For the Caramel Layer:

1 (14 oz) bag caramels, unwrapped

2 tablespoons milk
For the Chocolate Topping:

1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions using water, oil, and eggs.

Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let brownies cool completely.

For the nougat layer: In a bowl, mix marshmallow crème and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk until creamy.

Spread the nougat evenly over the cooled brownies.

For the caramel layer: Melt caramels and milk together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

Pour the melted caramel evenly over the nougat layer.

For the chocolate topping: Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the caramel layer.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until fully set.
