These Snickers Brownies are the ultimate chocolate lover’s dream! With a fudgy brownie base, creamy nougat, gooey caramel, and rich chocolate topping, every bite delivers all the iconic flavors of a Snickers bar in brownie form.

Ingredients

For the Brownie Base:

  • 1 box fudge brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 large eggs

For the Nougat Layer:

  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow crème

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons milk

For the Caramel Layer:

  • 1 (14 oz) bag caramels, unwrapped

  • 2 tablespoons milk

For the Chocolate Topping:

  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions using water, oil, and eggs.

  • Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let brownies cool completely.

  • For the nougat layer: In a bowl, mix marshmallow crème and peanut butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk until creamy.

  • Spread the nougat evenly over the cooled brownies.

  • For the caramel layer: Melt caramels and milk together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.

  • Pour the melted caramel evenly over the nougat layer.

  • For the chocolate topping: Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

  • Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the caramel layer.

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until fully set.

  • Slice into squares and serve. Store leftovers in the fridge.

Notes

  • For easier cutting, run a sharp knife under hot water and wipe clean between slices.

  • Substitute dark chocolate chips if you prefer a richer chocolate flavor.
