Ingredients
For the Biscuits:

1 can buttermilk biscuits

1 can apple pie filling

1/2 cup butter, melted

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Icing:

1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar

1 tablespoon milk
Instructions

Preheat Oven & Prep Pan:
Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking conventionally. -
Spice Sugar Mix:
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. -
Coat the Biscuits:
Dip each biscuit in melted butter, then coat all sides with the spiced sugar mixture. Arrange evenly in the prepared pan. -
Prepare Apple Topping:
Chop apple pie filling into small chunks and mix with vanilla extract. Spoon over the biscuits. Drizzle with remaining butter and sprinkle any leftover sugar mixture over the top. -
Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and cooked through. -
Make the Icing:
In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth. -
Drizzle and Serve:
Let the biscuits cool slightly, then drizzle with icing and serve warm.
