Description

These Avocado Chicken Wraps are packed with taco-seasoned chicken, creamy avocado, melted cheese, and zesty ranch, all wrapped in a tortilla and grilled to crispy perfection. A fast, flavorful meal ready in just 30 minutes—perfect for busy weeknights or quick lunches.


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 packet (1.25 oz) taco seasoning

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced

  • 1 large avocado, diced

  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend or cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

  • Optional: chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, or shredded lettuce


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and taco seasoning. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through (about 6–8 minutes).

  • Lay tortillas flat. Spread ranch dressing on each one.

  • Top with cooked chicken, avocado, cheese, and optional toppings.

  • Roll into wraps and grill in a pan or on a panini press for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted.

  • Slice in half and serve warm.
