Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1 packet (1.25 oz) taco seasoning

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, sliced

1 large avocado, diced

1 cup shredded Mexican blend or cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

Optional: chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, or shredded lettuce
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and taco seasoning. Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through (about 6–8 minutes).

Lay tortillas flat. Spread ranch dressing on each one.

Top with cooked chicken, avocado, cheese, and optional toppings.

Roll into wraps and grill in a pan or on a panini press for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted.
