8 ounces rotini pasta

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Cook pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat if needed.

Make garlic oil: Push beef to the side of the pan. Add olive oil and minced garlic to the open space. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Combine: Stir garlic and beef together. Add cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Toss everything until well combined and cheese is melted.
