These berries and cream cereal bars are a fruity, creamy twist on classic cereal treats—made with Very Berry Cheerios™, freeze-dried strawberries, and dipped in a silky white chocolate yogurt coating. A fun, no-bake dessert or snack that’s perfect for any time of day!
Ingredients

1/4 cup butter

10 oz mini marshmallows

1 box (11.1 oz) Very Berry Cheerios™ cereal

1 package (1.2 oz) freeze-dried strawberries

1 bag (12 oz) white chocolate chips

2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, melted

Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions

Prepare Pan: Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Melt Butter & Marshmallows: In a large saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth.

Combine with Cereal & Berries: Remove from heat and quickly mix in cereal and freeze-dried strawberries until fully coated.

Press Into Pan: Spread mixture into the prepared pan and press down evenly. Let sit at room temp for 1 hour or until set.

Make Coating: Melt white chocolate chips with 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil in 20-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.

Dip Bars: Slice cereal mixture into 16 bars. Dip one end of each bar into melted white chocolate.

Set & Serve: Place dipped bars on parchment to set. Chill in fridge to speed up setting if needed.
