Description

Craving a Big Mac but want something quicker and easier? These Big Mac Wraps deliver all the iconic flavors—seasoned beef, tangy sauce, pickles, and cheese—wrapped in a soft tortilla. A fun, low-fuss alternative perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend works best)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Additional Ingredients to complete the wraps:

  • Large flour tortillas

  • Shredded lettuce

  • Diced pickles

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • Big Mac-style sauce (mayo, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, and a pinch of sugar)

Instructions

  • Cook the Beef:

    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.

    • Add garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir to combine.

  • Prepare the Sauce:

    • In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon relish, 1 teaspoon vinegar, and a pinch of sugar. Adjust to taste.

  • Assemble the Wraps:

    • Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.

    • Layer cooked beef, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of sauce.

  • Wrap & Serve:

    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly.

    • Serve immediately, optionally with a side of fries or chips.

Notes

Customize the wraps with your favorite toppings—onions, tomatoes, or jalapeños. To make it lighter, opt for lean ground beef or a lettuce wrap version.
