Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuits

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage

  • 3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns

  • 1 packet (2.75 oz) sausage gravy mix

  • 2 cups milk

 

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Prepare the Ingredients:

  • In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.

  • Prepare sausage gravy in a bowl using the mix and 2 cups milk, following package instructions.

  • Cut each biscuit into quarters.

3. Layer the Casserole:

  • Spread hashbrowns evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.

  • Top with cooked sausage.

  • Pour the sausage gravy over the sausage layer.

  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top.

  • Arrange biscuit quarters over the cheese layer.

4. Bake the Casserole:

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
