This Bite-Sized Party Bark is a fun and festive treat made with melted white chocolate, peanuts, toffee chips, mini chocolate chips, and Craisins. Perfect for parties, edible gifts, or holiday snacking, these chocolate bark bites are easy to customize and great for sharing
Ingredients

1/2 package Vanilla Candiquik (or white chocolate for melting)

2 tbsp chopped peanuts

2 tbsp Heath toffee chips

2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

1 oz Craisins (or dried cranberries)
Instructions

Prepare the Trays:

Spray shaped ice cube trays or candy molds with non-stick spray, or use silicone molds for easy release.

Chop & Mix Toppings:

Chop whole peanuts, if needed. In a bowl, combine peanuts, toffee chips, mini chocolate chips, and dried cranberries.

Melt the Chocolate:

Melt Candiquik or white chocolate according to package instructions or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Fill the Molds:

Spoon or squeeze melted chocolate into the molds, filling each halfway.

Add the Toppings:

Sprinkle topping mix into each mold and gently press so they adhere to the chocolate.

Cool and Set:

Let the molds sit at room temperature or chill in the fridge for about 45 minutes until firm.

Unmold and Serve:

Carefully remove the bark bites by twisting the tray or pressing the base (especially for silicone molds).
