Instructions

Prepare the Brownies:
Bake brownies as directed. Let cool completely.
Crumble into small pieces and mix in 1/4 cup chocolate chips if using. -
Make the Cookie Dough:
Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
Mix in vanilla, then flour and salt until combined.
Fold in mini chocolate chips and chopped cherries. -
Assemble the Brownie Bombs:
Combine brownie crumbles and cookie dough in a bowl until evenly mixed. -
Form Balls:
Roll mixture into bite-sized balls.
Place on lined baking sheet and freeze for 30 minutes. -
