4 thick-cut pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

4 tablespoons brown sugar, packed

4 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Make the glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and combined.

Prep pork chops: Place pork chops in the baking dish. Pour the glaze evenly over the top of each chop.

Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and the glaze is bubbly and caramelized.

Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Spoon extra glaze from the pan over the chops for extra flavor.
