Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (to taste)

  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

 

  • Optional toppings: chocolate chips, banana slices, nut butter, Greek yogurt


Instructions

  • In a jar or container, mix oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt.

  • Add milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
