Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce

  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with the egg until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, toss the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.

  • Assemble the lasagna:

    • Spread a layer of noodles on the bottom of the dish.
