Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf of bread (Italian, French, or sourdough)

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Prepare the Bread:
    Slice off the top of the bread loaf and hollow out the center, leaving a 1/2-inch thick shell. Save the top and extra bread for dipping or croutons.

  3. Make the Filling:
    In a mixing bowl, toss the shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce until fully coated.

  4. Stuff the Bread:
    Fill the hollowed-out bread with the Buffalo chicken mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

  5. Bake:
    Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
