Packed with savory beef, crispy bacon, gooey cheese, and a rich egg-cream custard, this easy keto-friendly bacon cheeseburger pie is a no-fuss carnivore meal that satisfies big-time. Great for meal prep or a weeknight dinner with zero carbs and maximum flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred for flavor)

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any preferred cheese)

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

. Cook the Bacon & Beef

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.

  • In the same pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.

  • Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).

2. Assemble the Pie

  • Spread cooked beef into a greased 9-inch pie dish.

  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon evenly over the beef.

  • Top with shredded cheese.

3. Make the Egg Mixture & Bake

  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.

  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the beef and bacon layers.

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set in the center.

4. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • Swap cheddar for mozzarella or gouda for a different cheese flavor.

  • Add sautéed mushrooms or cooked onions if you’re not strictly carnivore.

  • Keeps well refrigerated for up to 4 days — great for meal prep!
