Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred for flavor)

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any preferred cheese)

3 large eggs

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
. Cook the Bacon & Beef

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.

In the same pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.

Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
2. Assemble the Pie

Spread cooked beef into a greased 9-inch pie dish.

Sprinkle crumbled bacon evenly over the beef.

Top with shredded cheese.
3. Make the Egg Mixture & Bake

In a bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the beef and bacon layers.
