For the beef filling:

Instructions

Cook the beef filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Assemble quesadillas: Spread ketchup or burger sauce on half of each tortilla. Layer with cooked beef, shredded cheese, pickles, and onions if using. Fold over to form a half-moon.

Cook quesadillas: Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Cook each quesadilla for 2–3 minutes per side or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
