Description

These Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a no-bake dessert that combines fresh, juicy strawberries with a creamy cheesecake filling and a touch of graham cracker crunch. Perfect for parties, holidays, or a light sweet treat, these bite-sized delights are a fun and elegant twist on traditional cheesecake—without the baking!

Ingredients

Units Scale

1 pint of fresh strawberries

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Optional toppings: chocolate drizzle, crushed nuts, or sprinkles

Instructions

  • Prepare the Strawberries:
Wash and dry strawberries. Hull each by cutting off the stem and scooping out a small hollow in the center. Don’t cut through the bottom.

  • Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy and fluffy.

  • Fill the Strawberries:
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into each hollowed strawberry, letting it overflow slightly for a pretty presentation.

  • Add the Graham Cracker Crumbs:
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the tops of the filled strawberries to mimic a cheesecake crust.

  • Optional Toppings:
Drizzle with chocolate, or sprinkle crushed nuts or festive sprinkles for added flavor and flair.

  • Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld and the filling set.

Notes

  • Best served chilled and within 24 hours for freshness.

  • To prep ahead, you can make the filling a day in advance and fill the strawberries just before serving.

  • Use a star piping tip for a decorative touch.
