This Cheesesteak Tortellini is a mouthwatering fusion of two favorites! Tender cheese-filled tortellini tossed with juicy beef steak, sautéed peppers, and onions, then finished with a cheesy sauce — an easy, hearty dinner everyone will love.
Ingredients

12 oz cheese tortellini

1 lb thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or flank steak)

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 small onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup shredded provolone cheese (or mozzarella)

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup beef broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the bell pepper and onion until tender.

Lower the heat and pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Stir to combine.

Add the shredded provolone and stir until melted into a smooth sauce.

Return the cooked beef and tortellini to the skillet, tossing everything together until fully coated in the cheesy sauce.
