2 lbs asparagus, stalks trimmed

3/4 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan

1 cup shredded mozzarella

Red pepper flakes, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 400ºF (200ºC). -
Assemble the Dish:
Arrange trimmed asparagus in a 9″x13″ baking dish. Pour heavy cream evenly over asparagus. Scatter minced garlic over the top. Season generously with salt and pepper. -
Add Cheese:
Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan and mozzarella. Add red pepper flakes if you want a hint of heat. -
Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until asparagus is tender and the cheese is melted and golden brown. -
Serve:
Serve hot as a flavorful side dish.
