These Cheesy Beefy Burritos are the ultimate comfort food—seasoned ground beef, onions, and gooey melted cheese all wrapped in soft tortillas for a satisfying, quick dinner or freezer-friendly meal prep option.
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 packet taco seasoning (1 oz)

1/2 cup water

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

6-8 large flour tortillas

Optional: sour cream, salsa, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, jalapeños
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess grease.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.

Spoon beef mixture into the center of each tortilla, top with cheese and optional extras.

Fold in sides and roll up burritos.

(Optional) Place seam-side down in a hot skillet or panini press and cook for 1–2 minutes per side to crisp up.
