Description

This savory cheesy Bundt bread is a show-stopping pull-apart delight, loaded with cheddar, Parmesan, garlic, and herbs. Perfect for parties, holiday gatherings, or as an indulgent snack, this bread bakes up golden and fluffy in a Bundt pan for easy serving and maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F to 115°F)

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and beaten egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.

  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.

  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a Bundt pan.

  6. In a small bowl, mix together cheddar, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, and oregano.

  7. Punch down the dough and divide into small balls. Roll each dough ball in the cheese mixture to coat.

  8. Layer coated dough balls in the prepared Bundt pan.

  9. Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.

  10. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  11. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.

  • Use a mix of cheeses like mozzarella or gouda for extra flavor.

  • Can be made ahead and gently reheated before serving.
