2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add warm milk, melted butter, and beaten egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a Bundt pan.

In a small bowl, mix together cheddar, Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, and oregano.

Punch down the dough and divide into small balls. Roll each dough ball in the cheese mixture to coat.
