Ingredients

1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup Alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for added flavor)

1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent dough or biscuit dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Garlic powder and Italian seasoning (for topping, optional)

Cooking spray or a little oil for air fryer
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan (if using). Stir until well mixed.

Roll out dough and separate into 8 squares or rounds.

Spoon chicken mixture onto one side of each piece of dough, then fold over and seal edges with a fork.

Lightly brush each pocket with egg wash and sprinkle with garlic powder or Italian seasoning if desired.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spray basket lightly with oil.

Place pockets in air fryer (in batches if needed) and cook for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
