Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups crab meat, shredded (or imitation crab)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 green onions, chopped

Optional: 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp pepper, dash of hot sauce

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or cast-iron skillet.

In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.

Fold in crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic, and green onions.

Add optional Worcestershire sauce, pepper, or hot sauce for extra depth.

Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.

Notes
For a smoky kick, add a sprinkle of smoked paprika or use pepper jack cheese.
