Description

This Cheesy Garlic Bread Delight is a crowd-pleasing pull-apart bread loaded with gooey mozzarella, savory sausage, zesty pepperoni, and colorful veggies—all wrapped in golden pizza dough with a garlic butter glaze. Perfect for parties, game day, or a fun family dinner!


Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1/2 lb cooked sausage, crumbled (Italian sausage preferred)

  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices

  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Optional: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, marinara for dipping


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

  • Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle.

  • Layer ingredients: Spread sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, red onion, and mozzarella evenly over half of the dough, leaving a border.

  • Fold the dough over the filling and press edges to seal.

  • Score the top slightly for ventilation.

  • Make garlic butter: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush over the top.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Let rest 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.

  • Serve warm with marinara or garlic dip.
