Ingredients

For the Wraps:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great!)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 tbsp butter (for toasting, optional)


Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, minced garlic, mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Lay out each tortilla and spoon the chicken mixture evenly in the center.
