Ingredients
Makes 6 mini pizzas

6 slices frozen garlic Texas toast (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup pizza sauce (or marinara sauce)

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or any pizza-friendly cheese)

1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (or other toppings: cooked sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.)
Instructions

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.

Partially bake toast: Arrange garlic toast slices on the sheet and bake for 5 minutes to crisp them slightly.

Assemble pizzas: Remove from oven and spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce on each slice. Top with cheese and desired toppings.

Bake: Return to the oven and bake for another 5–7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden.
