Description

This Chicken Bacon Crunch Casserole is the ultimate in weeknight comfort—creamy ranch chicken, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and crunchy golden tater tots baked into one irresistible dish. It’s hearty, crowd-pleasing, and perfect for busy nights or potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 32 oz frozen tater tots

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • Optional: green onions or chives, for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, milk, and half the cheese.

  • Spread the chicken mixture in the baking dish. Top with a single layer of frozen tater tots.

  • Sprinkle bacon and remaining cheese over the tots.

  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and golden brown.

  • Garnish with green onions or chives if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Rotisserie chicken works great and saves time.
