Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

8 oz cooked ham, diced

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (or a mix of Swiss and mozzarella)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup milk

Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or garlic powder for added flavor

Topping (optional): 1 cup breadcrumbs mixed with 2 tbsp melted butter or crushed crackers
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and Dijon mustard or seasoning (if using). Mix until smooth.

Fold in the chicken, ham, and half of the shredded cheese.

Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.

Top with remaining shredded cheese.

If using, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly and the topping is golden.
