Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, divided


Instructions

  • Beat butter & cream cheese: In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add butter and beat until fully combined and creamy.

  • Add sweetness & flavor: Mix in brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until light, fluffy, and well blended.

  • Fold in chocolate chips: Stir in ½ cup of mini chocolate chips by hand.

  • Decorate & serve: Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with remaining chocolate chips.
