Ingredients
For the Muffins:

1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease a 12-cup muffin tin.

Prepare the Muffin Batter:

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Gradually stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until combined. Batter should remain a little lumpy.

Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
