Ingredients

For the Crumble Topping:

  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Base:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

For the Vanilla Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1-2 tbsp milk

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Unroll crescent dough and press into a rectangle, pinching seams to seal. Place on baking sheet.

  • Brush the surface with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  • In a bowl, mix crumble topping ingredients using a fork or your fingers until a coarse, crumbly texture forms.

  • Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the dough.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are golden brown and topping is bubbly.

  • While baking, whisk glaze ingredients until smooth.

  • Let the pizza cool slightly, then drizzle with vanilla glaze.

  • Slice into squares or wedges and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Add chopped pecans or walnuts to the crumble for a nutty crunch.

  • For extra decadence, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

  • Can be made in a round pizza pan or standard baking sheet.
