This Cookie Dough Snickers & Reese’s Ice Cream is an indulgent no-churn treat loaded with edible cookie dough chunks, chopped Snickers, and Reese’s. Creamy, rich, and studded with candy bar goodness, it’s the ultimate frozen dessert for peanut butter and chocolate lovers.
Ingredients
For the Edible Cookie Dough:

For the Ice Cream Base:

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix-Ins:

1 cup chopped Snickers

1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions

Make Edible Cookie Dough:
Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in milk and vanilla. Stir in heat-treated flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Chill slightly, then roll into small chunks and freeze. -
Prepare Ice Cream Base:
In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Gently fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture. -
Assemble Ice Cream:
Fold in frozen cookie dough chunks, chopped Snickers, and chopped Reese’s. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top. -
Freeze:
Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
