Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (18-19 oz)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra gooeyness)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour. Stir until a thick, uniform dough forms.

  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.

  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.

  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.

  • Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Don’t overbake—cookies will firm up as they cool.

  • Try adding nuts, caramel bits, or white chocolate chips for variations.

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
