1 box brownie mix (18-19 oz)
-
2 large eggs
-
1/4 cup vegetable oil
-
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
-
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra gooeyness)
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour. Stir until a thick, uniform dough forms.
-
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
-
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
-
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
-
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
-
Don’t overbake—cookies will firm up as they cool.

Try adding nuts, caramel bits, or white chocolate chips for variations.
