These Cottage Cheese Chips are crispy, crunchy, and packed with protein—a game-changing alternative to store-bought chips! With just a few simple ingredients, you can whip up a high-protein, low-carb snack that’s perfect for dipping or enjoying on its own
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat works best)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, chili powder, or everything bagel seasoning for extra flavor
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Blend the Cottage Cheese – In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and any additional seasonings.
3️⃣ Form the Chips – Spoon small dollops of the blended mixture onto the parchment paper, spreading each into a thin, even circle (about 2 inches in diameter).
4️⃣ Bake Until Crispy – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crisp. If they are still soft, let them bake for an additional 5 minutes.
5️⃣ Cool & Enjoy – Let the chips cool completely to crisp up further. Serve as-is or with your favorite dip!
