Ingredients
For the Pork Chops:

4 bone-in pork chops

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 egg, beaten

1 cup buttermilk

For the Gravy:

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

Prep the Pork Chops:

Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a shallow dish.

In another bowl, whisk the egg with buttermilk.

Dip pork chops in egg mixture, then dredge in flour mixture, pressing to coat well. Set aside.

Heat ½ inch oil in a skillet over medium heat.
