Description

These Crab Crescent Bites Delight are flaky, buttery crescent rolls stuffed with a creamy, seasoned crab filling—perfect as a crowd-pleasing party appetizer or an indulgent snack. Made with cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and tender crab meat, they bake up golden and irresistible. Keywords: crab crescent bites, seafood appetizer recipe, crab-stuffed crescent rolls, party finger food, easy crab snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, chopped (fresh, canned, or imitation)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (or any seafood seasoning)

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Make the Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, crab meat, green onions, shredded cheese, and Old Bay. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Shape the Dough: Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Gently stretch each to allow room for filling.

  • Fill and Fold: Place 1 tablespoon of crab mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll up from wide end to tip, enclosing filling.

  • Bake: Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  • Serve: Let cool slightly before serving. Best served warm.

Notes

  • Add a touch of lemon zest or hot sauce to the filling for extra zing.

  • Use puff pastry instead for a flakier, more elegant variation.

  • Serve with cocktail sauce or a creamy herb dip.
