Ingredients
For the Wings:
2 pounds chicken wings
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
For the Sauce:
4 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Prepare the Wings:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil and all the seasonings: salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, oregano, and basil.
Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
Make the Creamy Cajun Garlic Butter Sauce:
5. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
6. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
7. Stir in heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer gently until combined and slightly thickened.
8. Remove from heat and stir in fresh chopped parsley.
Toss and Serve:
9. Place baked wings in a large bowl, pour sauce over, and toss until fully coated.
10. Serve immediately while hot and saucy!
