2 tablespoons butter
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
-
Slice chicken breasts in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets (optional for quicker cooking).
-
Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
-
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
-
Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
-
Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
-
Great with mashed potatoes, pasta, or steamed vegetables.
