Description

This Creamy Honey Buffalo Steak Pasta Bake is a bold and comforting dish that combines tender steak slices, al dente pasta, and a sweet-spicy buffalo cream sauce. Finished with melty cheddar and Parmesan cheese, it’s the perfect baked pasta recipe for spice lovers who crave creamy, cheesy comfort food with a twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cooked and sliced

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cups spinach (optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook Pasta: Boil pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Sauté Steak: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced cooked steak, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté for 2–3 minutes.

  • Mix Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, honey, heavy cream, and half the cheddar cheese.

  • Assemble Casserole: In a large baking dish, combine pasta, steak mixture, spinach (if using), and sauce. Mix until evenly coated.

  • Add Cheese & Bake: Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.

  • Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust buffalo sauce and honey for desired heat and sweetness.

  • Substitute chicken or meatless steak for variations.

  • Add blue cheese crumbles for an extra tangy finish.
