Ingredients

Honey Pepper Glaze:

1 tsp cracked black pepper

Cook Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. -
Prepare Chicken:
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside. -
Make Cheese Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour to form a roux. Gradually add heavy cream and milk, whisking until smooth and thickened. Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy. -
Honey Pepper Glaze:
In a small saucepan, combine honey, cracked black pepper, soy sauce, and water. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
