- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups beef broth
- 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook Beef:
In a large skillet or pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Cook 1 minute more. - Add Broth & Pasta:
Add butter and pour in beef broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in uncooked bowtie pasta. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes or until pasta is al dente. - Make It Creamy:
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy. Simmer uncovered for 2–3 more minutes to thicken. - Season & Serve:
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
