Description

This Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta is a quick, one-pot comfort food favorite featuring savory ground beef, tender bowtie pasta, and a rich, garlicky Parmesan cream sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights, it’s packed with flavor and ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook Beef:
In a large skillet or pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Cook 1 minute more.
  • Add Broth & Pasta:
Add butter and pour in beef broth. Bring to a boil. Stir in uncooked bowtie pasta. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
  • Make It Creamy:
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy. Simmer uncovered for 2–3 more minutes to thicken.
  • Season & Serve:
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melt and flavor.
  • Swap in ground turkey or sausage for a twist.
