Ingredients

For the Crispy Chicken:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Olive oil, for frying

For the Creamy Pasta:

 

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  • Bread the Chicken: Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip chicken into beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.

  • Fry the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each chicken breast for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

  • Cook Pasta: Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  • Make Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes. Add heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan. Cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

 

  • Assemble: Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce. Plate with crispy chicken on top. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • For added flavor, use Italian-style breadcrumbs.

  • Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce for a twist.
