Bread the Chicken: Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip chicken into beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.

Fry the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry each chicken breast for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
