Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup dry white wine (or additional broth)

1 packet Italian dressing seasoning mix

3 tbsp butter, melted

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 lb angel hair pasta

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prep the Slow Cooker

Spray crockpot with nonstick spray.

Place chicken in a single layer at the bottom.
2. Make the Creamy Sauce

In a bowl, combine soup, cream cheese, broth, wine (or more broth), seasoning mix, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.

Stir until smooth (small lumps of cream cheese are okay).
3. Cook Low & Slow

Pour sauce over chicken.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours until chicken is tender.
4. Prepare Pasta & Serve

Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions.

Shred or leave chicken whole, stir sauce to combine, and serve over pasta.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
