Ingredients
For the Bars:

4 large eggs

1 2/3 cups granulated sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda
For the Cream Cheese Frosting:

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 15x10x1-inch pan or line with parchment paper. -
Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin puree until smooth and well combined. -
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda. -
Combine & Bake:
Gradually stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely in the pan. -
Make Frosting:
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

Frost & Serve:
Spread frosting over cooled bars. Slice into 24 squares and serve.
