Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 packets chicken gravy mix (approx. 1 ounce each)

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together chicken gravy mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a crockpot.

Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken, making sure it’s well covered.

Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and fully cooked.

Remove chicken, shred or slice, then return it to the slow cooker and stir to coat in gravy.

Serve warm over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
