Ingredients

  • 1 package chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients to prepare)

  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Bake the Cake:
    Preheat your oven and prepare the chocolate cake according to package instructions. Let it cool completely, then crumble into bite-sized chunks.

  2. Make the Baileys Cheesecake Cream:
    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
    In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
    Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then stir in Baileys and vanilla extract until smooth.
