This Easy Olive Dip is creamy, tangy, and packed with briny green olive flavor—perfect for parties, holidays, or quick snacking. Made with cream cheese, mayo, and a touch of garlic, it comes together in minutes and pairs perfectly with crackers, veggies, or pita chips.
Ingredients

10 ounces green olives with pimento (sliced or whole, drained)

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color and flavor)

Fresh ground pepper, to taste

Optional: chopped parsley or chives, for garnish
Instructions

In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and paprika (if using). Blend or mix until smooth.

Add green olives and pulse a few times until finely chopped but not pureed. (Or chop by hand for a chunkier texture.)

Taste and season with fresh ground pepper.

Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with parsley or chives if desired.
