Description
These golden, crispy treats are stuffed with melty marshmallows and chocolate, wrapped in biscuit dough, and fried to perfection. With graham cracker crunch and optional powdered sugar dusting, they’re the ultimate s’mores-inspired dessert!
Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or crescent roll dough)

8 large marshmallows

1 Hershey’s chocolate bar, broken into small pieces

1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

Vegetable oil, for frying

Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Chocolate sauce or marshmallow fluff (for dipping)
Instructions
1. Prep the Dough

Roll each piece of dough into a 3–4 inch circle.

Place one marshmallow and a piece of chocolate in the center.
2. Seal the Bombs

Add a sprinkle of crushed graham cracker inside.

Brush edges with beaten egg. Fold and pinch to seal tightly.
3. Fry Until Golden

Heat 2 inches of oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C).

Fry bombs 30–45 seconds per side until golden and crisp.

Remove and drain on paper towels.
4. Serve & Enjoy!

Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Drizzle with chocolate sauce or marshmallow fluff.

Sprinkle more crushed graham crackers for extra crunch!
